In Rikers Island prison, former safecracker and notorious heist man, Frank Perry, is nearing his release thanks to his lawyer and close friend, Kayla. Having successfully escaped once from the prison in the past, but then recaught and sentenced to added time, Frank wants to get out the right way this time. But when Kayla is kidnapped by a terrorist group intent on blowing up the New York City courthouse, Frank is forced to break out terrorist leader, Sergey, in exchange for Kayla life.
